Unbelievable! We’re so thrilled because it represents all the hard work this team the commissioning the providers both the NHS providers and our fabulous voluntary sectors. The win is going to really leverage the change that we need. We’re on a journey and we’ve made really good ground but there’s a lot more work to do and wining this award gives us validation.
Guildford and Waverley CCG, East Surrey CCG and Surrey Downs CCG, Winner, CCG Commissioning for Carers 2015
We are part of the best organisation in the NHS that there is and we’re passionate, we’re committed and we do such a great things for children in Birmingham. And we know that because the children and young people tell us that, so every day when they say thank you that’s what makes it all worthwhile. Taking the award back and telling the children they’ll be really pleased about it but from a trust perspective it’s such a prestigious award, so we’re just very grateful.
Birmingham Children’s Hospital Foundation Trust, Winner, Provider Trust of the Year 2015
It’s amazing to win this and to know that we’re delivering great care for the people of Sandwell and West Birmingham. It’s great to find a way that marks the work that the whole team are doing whether that’s the GPS on the ground or the guys in the commissioning group themselves and just to be able to mark that as a great year for the amazing things we’ve done.
Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group, Winner, Clinical Commissioning Group of the Year 2015
Absolutely amazing! I’m quite shocked, but very proud. It’s not so much about me but it’s more about out trusts and our organisation, people we work with and particularly the people who access our services. For them I think it hopefully recognises the contribution that all the staff make to improving care for the people we serve.
Sheena Cumiskey – Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Foundation Trust, Winner, Chief Executive of the Year 2015
It feels great! This is absolutely recognition of everything we have achieved in Bristol on this agenda, it’s fantastic. We just knew that the strides we were making in terms of reducing carbon footprint, engaging with the city council and other partners on that agenda were worthy of sharing. And that’s why we entered. It will enable us to pursue that agenda much further and embed it in the way we do our everyday work.

It’s recognition for the staff, its reputation for the patients and it proves to the country as a whole that the NHS is world class.
