100,000 digital consultations: making life easier for staff and patients during the pandemic : Oxford Health FT

What is it? Responding to Covid-19, the project transitioned services from face-to-face consultations to safely offering digital solutions to staff and patients; delivering 100,000 digital consultations by November 2020. Who’s involved? Central to this transition were patients, represented by the Trust’s Involvement lead. Health practitioners supported patient participation and migration to the MS Teams digital platform. Project team members included Digital and Clinical leads, Change, IT, Data and Communications staff. External partners included Microsoft as main supplier, and Oxford University as research partner.

Who do you serve? We offer mental & physical healthcare across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath & North-East Somerset.
