One Community - An innovative Service User led initiative of projects with Community partners, that promote and maintain recovery in mental health, promoting value, self esteem, equality and diversity and tackling social isolation and inequality We work in the Boroughs of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea , Inner London boroughs which are they are one of the most densely populated administrative regions in the United Kingdom with an estimated 400,000 people living within both borough.
