Healthier Together programme : Hampshire and Isle of Wight STP, Dorset STP, Wessex Clinical Networks, CCGs across Hampshire and Dorset and Wessex Local Medical Committees

The Healthier Together programme is co-designed by parents, young people and professionals. It aims to improve the health of children and young people across Wessex. The objective is to forge collaboration between professionals to ensure that children receive consistently high-quality care irrespective of where they are seen. Not only does the website provide clear advice for parents, young people and pregnant women, but the clinical pathways developed collaboratively across Wessex provide invaluable guidance for healthcare professionals. Formal qualitative and quantitative evaluation has been conducted and the programme is being rolled out to other STPs/ICSs and Health Boards across the UK.
