Supporting a culture of staff wellbeing, reflection and growth through the pandemic : Guy's and St Thomas' FT
After the peak of the pandemic we triangulated all of our data on staff experience; looked at the evidence base and developed a methodology for running 'Reflection Sessions' to help staff from highly impacted areas process their experience. This was designed to help them to move into post traumatic growth. It was also an opportunity for senior leaders to say thank you. Staff were given protected time, lunch and a small gift. They were delivered face to face. The sessions were co-designed by the OD and Psychology Teams and primarily for critical care teams but other staff groups
