Staff Experience Programme & Corona Voice : Northumbria Healthcare FT

Northumbria has invested in the wellbeing of staff by developing an integrated and responsive Staff Experience Programme. This is unique in terms of scope, depth and use of technology to measure and respond in real-time to our staff. The Staff Experience Team developed Corona Voice in response to the pandemic, collaborating with Open Lab partners at Northumbria University to create an innovative employee engagement and wellbeing platform. It was adopted rapidly to ensure the diverse voices of our staff were heard, and their wellbeing supported. Corona Voice provided an effective mechanism for raising issues, voicing concerns and sharing emotions in real time.
