Four Trust collaboration to transform recruitment : South West London Recruitment Hub

The unique new South West London Recruitment Hub has combined four Acute Trusts’ core recruitment teams into a single service. It is delivering significant benefits including improving time to recruit and best practice to reduce vacancy rates; innovation and best practice to enhance Trusts’ hiring managers and candidates’ experience; and significant efficiencies on track for annual savings of £2.5m per year.
