Tower Hamlets Together (THT) is a partner-led approach to planning and delivering prevention, health and care services for people living in Tower Hamlets. The partnership includes representatives from Tower Hamlets local authority, CCG, provider Trusts, a GP Federation and the community and voluntary sector, who are working closer together to improve the health and wellbeing of local people.

THT’s shared ambition is to transform people’s health and lives, reduce inequalities and reorganise services to match people’s need through new and innovative interventions.
